last time I had a terrrible head cold...I went and bought a neti pot at the local health food store....it looks like a creamer...you add warm water and salt to it...and hten rinse out the sinuses. Let me tell you , it was great!!!! I cannot take any meds because I have high blood pressure and this provided such a relief...
